Concession ticket
Authorizes for one-time admission. It is entitled to:
- children between 3 and 7 years of age,
- students of primary and high school, under 21 of age, valid I.D. required
- children and adolescents from 7 to 18 years of age, not subject to compulsory education because of illness or disability, valid I.D. required
retirees and pensioners, valid I.D. required - disabled persons and their attendants (1:1), valid I.D. required
- disabled person attendant must be at least 13 years old, and the disabled person under his/her care must present a document, stating the need of permanent presence of a caregiver/attendant.
Student ticket
For university students under 26 years of age, valid student I.D. required.
Family ticket
Two adults with up to three dependents – children, students of primary and high schools under 21 years of age, as well as university students under 26 years of age, provided that at least one of the guardians is their parent. Valid I.D. required for all students.
Concession annual card
He does:

Group tickets-concession
For groups of 10 and more paying visitors. Per each 10 tickets bought, the group receives one extra ticket for free. If there are more guardians (pilots, guides, drivers etc.) than 1 per 10, they are treated as group members and must purchase tickets..

For groups of 15 and more paying visitors. For the first 15 tickets bought, the group receives one extra ticket for free (the 16th ticket). If there are more guardians (pilots, guides, drivers etc.) they are treated as group members and must purchase tickets.
Mixed groups
For groups of 15 and more paying visitors including both: regular (adult) and concession tickets. For the first 15 tickets bought, the group receives one extra ticket for free (the 16th ticket). Family ticket PLUS
Every day of the week, Wrocław Family PLUS card holders have the right to purchase the Rodzina PLUS family ticket (Family Plus), regardless of the number of children. Valid Family Plus cards and Identification Documents for each family member must be presented at the time of purchase.
Family mondays
Authorizes for one-time admission. The offer is not valid on public holidays. A guardian accompanying a disabled person who requires constant care, i.e. a child up to 16 years of age, is also entitled to purchase this ticket. regardless of the degree of disability or a person with a significant degree of disability. A guardian is a person who has at least limited legal capacity, i.e. who is 13 years of age or older. In the case of retirees and pensioners, the condition for using the promotional ticket is to show a valid pensioner’s ID and, additionally, an ID card. In the case of disabled persons, the condition for using the promotional ticket is to present a valid Disabled Person’s ID or a decision of the Disability Assessment Team and an ID card.
Family zoo+hydropolis

The ticket entitles to a one-time entry and all-day stay in the ZOO, as well as a one-time entry and all-day stay in Hydropolis, within 30 days from the date of purchase of the ticket. Entry is possible during the opening/entry hours of the facilities. All family members must enter together.
Family Zoo + Aquapark

Educational offer
The price above is for classes only (60 min). Entry tickets must be purchased separately. Participants may visit the entire zoo, before or after classes.
Discounts on the purchase of tickets and annual cards to the zoo with the NASZ WROCŁAW application
Our Wrocław is a free city program under which you can:
– enter the zoo completely free once every 365 days. On the day of the visit, go to the cash desk with the application and a document with a PESEL number. Free entry is available only to an adult participant of the “Our Wrocław free entries” program, with an active Taxpayer Status.
– take advantage of a discount on: single tickets and annual cards.
Single-use tickets can only be purchased at the ticket office on the day of the visit, after showing the right to a discount (the eligible person must have an active Taxpayer Status). In the case of single-use tickets, one User of the Our Wrocław application (an adult) may purchase a ticket with a discount for himself and additionally up to 5 discount tickets for children up to 18 years of age.
Annual cards are produced at the Customer Service Point. A user with an active Taxpayer Status is granted a 10% discount, if you have an active Our Wrocław Max Status, you have additional rights.
Discounts cannot be combined with other special offers and are based on the regular price.
